At a year old, this hillside planting in Rancho Palos Verdes was established. Anchored by Purple Plum trees, it displays a textural composition of California wild lilac, variegated mirror plant, ‘Sunset Gold’ breath of heaven, Lorepetulum with Cranesbill and Ground morning glory for color. At this Asian-inspired home located in Palos Verdes Estates, I experimented with very drought tolerant and low maintenance plantings.
